Continuing Education: Intermediate Digital Photography

INTERMEDIATE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Course Description:
5 Weeks • 6:30-8:30pm • Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake High School
This will pick up where INTRO TO DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY (link) left off. This hands-on, five week course is for photographers already familiar with their camera and the basics of Picasa and/or Adobe Photoshop. The focus of this class will be to improve upon the techniques and ideas learned in INTRO TO DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Each class will include critiques of student work, famous photographer spotlights, new techniques to try, technical components (Raw vs. Jpeg, website galleries, best software for specific purposes, workflow, lighting, redundancies, etc), and weekly “photo assignments”. The class content may be added to or subtracted from depending on what the class is interested in. Bring your digital camera, USB connection cords, and new work (i.e. photo files) to each class.
