About Me

Michael R. Mosall II (contact)

I graduated from Union College in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. I received a second bachelors degree in Visual Art and Digital Imaging in 2003 from S.U.N.Y Albany. While working towards my Visual Art degree, I spent the better part of five years at Union College in the photography area as a photography lab technician where I assisted in the day to day guidance of beginning, intermediate, advanced, and independently studying photography students with general to specific photography related questions. It was this experience that encouraged me to pursue a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree and New York Certification from Union Graduate College in 2005. I have been a Social Studies Teacher at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School since April of 2005. I also teach several adult education classes in photography throughout the academic year. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, wife, and dog.

My portfolio is culled from ten years of daily photographing. The images are about life, love, and the unseen beauty around us. All images were created from September 1999 through today. Prints of my work are available here.

Please contact me with questions, comments, or suggestions.
